Les secrets d'une garde-robe bien organisée!

The change of season is always a perfect opportunity to reorganize our wardrobe. We all have clothes that have been lying around for years. Now is the time to give them a second life.  Discover our tips and tricks here.

One piece for several occasions

To optimize your wardrobe, choose versatile items that can be adapted to various outfits. By getting rid of clothes that don’t suit your lifestyle or are difficult to match, you can prevent them from gathering dust in your wardrobe.

The idea is to have a few key items and to combine them with other items that are both elegant and casual. For example, a denim coat with a satin dress and a pair of high heels to complete the look.

Bye bye winter, hello spring!

Organize your clothes by season by rotating your wardrobe. Move clothes from one season to another to free up space and simplify your choice of outfits according to the weather.

At the start of each new season, finding clothes you had put away gives the impression of adding new items to your collection.

Invest in storage solutions

Use boxes, shelves, hangers and other storage solutions to maximize space in your wardrobe and keep things organized in the long term.

We have shops that offer this type of product for you, including Dollarama.

Make batteries to give, store or have fun with

Create separate categories when sorting through the clothes you want to donate, keep and reinvent. This approach will make the sorting process more efficient.

To reinvent an item of clothing, you can alter it, repair it or turn it into a costume for next Halloween.

Cleaning out your wardrobe has two benefits: it allows you to improve your organization for a better quality of life and gives you the opportunity to give clothes to someone in need.

From April 22 to May 10, take part in our collection by dropping off your used clothes at Customer Service. This collection will benefit Action Nouvelle Vie.
