Schedule: Part time

Cazza Petite, a women’s fashion boutique, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join its team at Place Longueuil for a 25–30 hour per week position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with the daily operations of the boutique.
Provide warm, personalized customer service.
Advise customers on their purchases and promote current collections.
Participate in visual merchandising and product presentation.
Open and close the store as required.
Process cash register transactions.
Contribute to achieving sales targets.
Support inventory management and merchandise receiving.

Qualifications

Retail sales experience (minimum 1 year, considered an asset).
Previous supervisory or team management experience (considered an asset).
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
Passion for fashion and current trends.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
