Role based at the Carrefour de la Place Longueuil – contract between 15 and 20 hours per week (availability during the day, evening, and weekends, on a rotating basis) $18.15/hour Under the responsibility of the team supervisor, the customer service representative is entrusted with the following missions:

  • Know the services of the shopping center, its amenities and facilities, its stores and locations, its promotional activities, and its comfort tools
  • Provide a customer experience marked by listening, courtesy, and helpfulness by being positive to guide customers and answer their questions
  • Maintain positive relationships with the center’s retailers to generate positive interactions
  • Know the procedures described in the center’s emergency management manual and understand the role of customer service in these situations
  • Process payment for gift card sales and be responsible for the cash balance and sales reconciliation at the end of the shift
  • Provide administrative support to the center management team and draft certain documents at their request
  • Act as an intermediary between the management team, tenants, and users of the center by sending satisfaction surveys and following up
  • Support various marketing activities and promotional events of the shopping center (space reservation, furniture, equipment, managing reception, etc.)
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and stationery and place necessary orders
  • Any other related tasks

  Qualifications:

  • Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English
  • English is an asset;
  • Excellent computer skills (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
