A family affair
Founded in 1998 by William Guillemot and his friend Pierre Châtelais, Les Cafés Européens has managed to stand out in a market where few businesses offered quality coffee and specialized in micro-roasting. Over time, Mr. Guillemot and his wife Janine Normandin continued the adventure while passing on their values and their taste for entrepreneurship to their four children: Perrick, Gaël, Loïc and Yann. They grew up observing the efforts and determination their parents put into building and developing the company. Today, it is the grandchildren’s turn to be initiated and to participate in the family heritage.
