This location offers photography services (passport and identity card photos, baby passport photos), photo printing and restoration, document printing, faxing, and Wi-Fi services among others. The Revenu Québec Service Counter is located at door P7. This location is open from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday, and is closed on the weekend. The Revenu Québec drop box is located outside of the building at entrance P1 and can be accessed 24 hours a day.

SAAQ and CAA-Québec agent office is located at door P3 near Best Buy Express. The on-site team will assist you with your main vehicle registration, insurance, and ownership transfer needs. Driver’s tests and health card renewals are not available. Hours of operation: Monday to Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM, Thursday: 9 AM - 8 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Place Longueuil provides its customers with a private parking lot. With a total of 1661 parking spaces, the shopping center offers: 2 parking zones for electric cars,  25 spaces for people with disabilities 8 family parking spaces 8 fast parking spaces (limited to 30 minutes for quick visits) 21 close parking spaces that can be used for 2 hours at a time

Place Longueuil is proud to offer a safe shopping centre thanks to our security service. Security guards are on duty to help give directions, bring customers to their vehicles, aid in conflict resolution between customers and merchants, help escort people with reduced mobility, and ensure the safety of all occupants. In case of an emergency, a first aid kit and defibrillator are available at the information kiosk.

Do you have a big day of shopping planned? At Place Longueuil, you can rent a free shopping basket for the duration of your visit, making it easier to carry around your purchases. A $20 deposit or a set of keys must be left with our team upon rental, which will be returned to you once the shopping basket is brought back. Visit the information kiosk located in the central courtyard. You will need ID to rent a shopping basket.

The Uniprix Pharmacy sells tickets for the train, metro, and bus. You can renew your monthly transit pass at this location, for both the Longueuil and Montréal transportation networks (RTL and STM).

Place Longueuil offers a free wheelchair rental service. A $20 dollar deposit or a set of keys must be left at the information kiosk, which will be returned to you once the wheelchair is brought back.

Place Longueuil offers a nursing area for young families to take a break, relax, and attend to the needs of their young children. Comfortable chairs are provided for breastfeeding or relaxing, and a microwave and changing table are also available. The breastfeeding area is a secure location to ensure nursing mothers get the privacy they need. Note: Changing tables are also available in the public bathrooms located throughout Place Longueuil.

With 70 bicycles offered across 6 stations throughout Longueuil, accessing the shopping centre via bike is easier than ever before. The Longueuil metro terminal is a short walk from Place Longueuil. Place Longueuil parking is strictly reserved for customers who are currently visiting the shopping centre. We do not allow parking for people using this metro terminal. There are several paid parking lots near the Longueuil metro terminal to accommodate all parking needs.
